Baystone Boutique Hotel & Spa Grand-Baie, Grand-Baie

I had an incredible stay at the hotel with stunning views and beautifully designed, peaceful rooms. The comfort and attractiveness of the accommodations were exceptional, especially with the great view from across the small road. The only downside was the distance from shops and bustling areas.

The hotel rooms felt well-used and a bit tired, although they looked good in the pictures. My room was large, modern with all white tiles, and it had an exceptionally spacious bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at the Baystone Hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, with a large, comfortable bathroom. While they faced the road instead of the sea, the size and comfort more than made up for it. The service was impeccable, with everyone from the cleaners to the restaurant staff being incredibly kind and helpful. The location was a bit isolated, but it's close to the sea with stunning colors and offers bicycles for exploring. The dining experience was excellent, catering to my specific dietary requirements every day. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Staying here was such a mixed bag of experiences! The location was perfect - overlooking the sea with mesmerizing blue colors but a little isolated; yet activities like waterskiing and stand-up paddling made up for it. The service was the nicest I've encountered, with quick responses to any needs, especially at the sushi restaurant. However, the dining experience, though of good quality, lacked variety and wow factor in the spread. The rooms, like my Junior Suite beach front, were surprisingly spacious but a bit small, albeit boasting a beautiful view of the hotel entrance at night.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms, though feeling a bit worn-out, were alright, but being located in a separate building on the other side of the street without facing the bay was a downside. The service from the cleaning staff was exceptional, providing fantastic suggestions, including off-menu delights, making our stay special. The location, although isolated, offered breathtaking views of the sea but required transportation to get around easily. The dining experience, meeting my dietary needs, was of good quality, but the distance from local markets was a drawback.
